Graduated from St. Bartholomew’s Medical School, London University and completed surgical training for the Royal College of Surgeon of England fellowship at Charing Cross Hospital, St Mary’s Hospital and Royal Brompton Hospital.

Further Orthopaedic Specialist training was undertaken at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital/Royal Free Hospital Rotation as a Registrar and a Senior Registrar.

I completed my FRCS.orth specialist exam and gained my certificate of specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery

I undertook my Spine Fellowship at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and University College London/Middlesex Hospital.

I undertook travelling fellowship and advanced surgical training in Spine Surgery in France. Germany ,Hong Kong , USA and South Africa

I am an educational and clinical trainer for postgraduates inc junior doctors and specialist registrar.

I am a GMC appraiser and work with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists/radiologists/pain therapists/Spine surgeons at Barts NHS.Trust

I undertake major trauma work and complex spine surgery as well routine elective surgery-spinal injections/decompressions/discectomies/cervical spine surgery/kyphoplasty/spine fusions/spine reconstructions/disc replacements. I have performed several thousand spine procedures over two decades.

I provide second opinion. I undertake overseas work as visiting consultant surgeon and lecturer especially in West Africa.
