Contact us

You can see a consultant without a referral by contacting us directly. You do not need a referral from your GP to see a consultant.

However, you’ll need a referral from a medical doctor to have any diagnostics tests, such as blood tests, or scans. This doctor can be your GP or consultant.

All the results from your tests and scans will be sent to your referring doctor.

At The London Clinic, we have a first-class private GP service that’s available every weekday.

If you see one of our GPs and they think you need a test or scan, they can quickly refer you to The London Clinic for this, often on the same day.

Our helpful self-pay team is here to help you. They can discuss your circumstances and help you understand all your options.

With our ‘Find an expert’ search tool, you can enter a range of search terms to help you find the right consultant for your needs.

Some consultants may request a GP referral. You can find out whether your consultant needs a GP referral by contacting our enquiries team.

Alternatively, you can contact the team and tell them about your situation and needs. They can then recommend one of our leading consultants to you and book an appointment with them.

Our all-inclusive packages cover all the following for one fixed price:

  • Professional fees, including consultant fees
  • Hospital fees, including standard nursing, accommodation and patient meals

If your treatment or procedure is covered by an all-inclusive package, you’ll only have to pay one fixed price, subject to your eligibility.

If your procedure is not covered by an all-inclusive package, we’ll send you an easy-to-follow quotation following your initial appointment with a consultant.

Alternatively, you can contact our self-pay team to find out general information about the prices of treatments and procedures.

Our all-inclusive packages are available to UK residents. Your eligibility for one will depend on your previous medical history and your current general health.

Your consultant will discuss your all-inclusive options with you after they’ve discussed your best course of treatment with you.

Full payment for your treatment is required in advance. Our team will call you a couple of days before you’re due to be admitted to hospital to discuss your preferred method of payment.

Your options are:

  • Payment over the phone by debit or credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Personal cheque – we must receive your cheque at least 10 working days before your appointment

We can provide itemised quotes and statements to people who are not covered by one of our all-inclusive packages, which you could then pass on to an insurance provider.

But we can’t do this for people covered by an all-inclusive package.

As a result, we don’t offer our all-inclusive packages to people whose treatment is being paid for by an insurance provider or a sponsor, such as a government embassy or company.

This is because most insurers and sponsors require itemised quotes and statements.

We’ve teamed up with Chrysalis Finance to offer you funding options that allow you to spread the cost of your treatment.

If you choose to pay for your treatment at The London Clinic over 12 months, you can make use of a great 0% interest option and pay nothing extra.

Or you can choose to pay over two to five years and pay interest at an annual percentage rate of 14.9% APR.

Please use the online calculator provided by Chrysalis Finance to see what finance options are available to you.

We also accept payment by all major debit and credit cards and bank transfer.

We can often arrange an initial appointment within 24 to 48 hours. We’ll aim to make this appointment at a day and time that suits you.
