Professor Gurpreet (Guri) Sandhu is a Consultant Otolaryngologist and Head & Neck Surgeon who manages a broad spectrum of ENT conditions in adults and children, with over 25 years of experience in the field.

Professor Sandhu works within the NHS at Charing Cross and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals in London. He trained in ENT in several London hospitals including The Royal National Throat Nose and Ear, Great Ormond Street and Charing Cross. He is a leading authority in voice, swallowing and airway problems. He was responsible for creating The National Centre for Airway Reconstruction in London, comprising a multidisciplinary team of specialists with an interest in airway problems. Professor Sandhu looks after professional voice users from the music industry, stage and media.

His honours include a Professorship in Laryngology from Imperial College London, Honorary Fellowship of the Royal Academy of Music, ENT Surgeon to The Royal Society of Musicians and the only British ENT surgeon to be made fellow of the American Laryngological Association. He is The Royal Society of Medicine past-President for the Section of Laryngology and Rhinology and current President of The British Laryngological Association.

Professor Sandhu has over 150 peer reviewed research publications and has written 20 book chapters and 3 books. He lectures nationally and internationally and has an active research programme in Laryngology.
