Mr Giles Hellawell Consultant Profile
Mr. Hellawell is a consultant urological surgeon at Northwick Park and St. Mark’s Hospital and at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
He trained in pelvic oncology at Imperial College, with a fellowship at the Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne, Australia and then the University of Leipzig in Germany.
He has a sub-specialty interest in urological oncology with a high volume practice in robotic pelvic oncology (robotic radical prostatectomy and robotic radical cystectomy) and upper tract laparoscopy (laparoscopic nephrectomy).
He provides a complete general urology service including surgery for benign prostate disease and renal stone disease. He maintains an academic interest in clinical research and has published book chapters and papers on prostate cancer and laparoscopic surgery.
