Dr Rupali Kulshreshtha Consultant Profile
Dr Rupali Kulshreshtha completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, with a double major in biopsychology, cognition, & neuroscience, and French language & literature. She received a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Columbia University in New York City before completing her doctorate at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University.
Dr Kulshreshtha has considerable experience working in community-based and integrated care settings. She uses a relational-dynamic framework and has training in dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and systems approaches – allowing her to tailor treatment to help each person meet their particular needs and goals.
Dr Kulshreshtha is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
