Generally, most appointments can be made within 24-48 hours, but it does depend on the specialty.

No – a doctor must order the tests.

No – if you are not resident in the UK you are not entitled to access the NHS except on a paid basis. We offer 24/7 Private GP services – find out more here.

At the London Clinic it is based on the ground floor of 20 Devonshire Place, just behind reception.

A doctor must prescribe repeat prescriptions so you would need an appointment with a doctor at The London Clinic.

Yes, we can – please speak to a member of the International Team or your Patient Advocate.

One adult patient is permitted to stay.

We only allow 2 visitors at any one time. We operate open visiting hours until 2130 and children are not encouraged.

University College London Hospital.

The hospital has no parking facility. All parking is on the street and you must have a mobile phone to pay for the service.

We are unable to provide this service.

  • SIM card – most supermarkets will sell sim cards e.g. Tesco / Waitrose
  • Taxi / transport – black cabs or uber app but they must have the app downloaded on their mobile. / transport, tube maps or bus routes map
  • Accommodation – most already know where they will be staying as the relatives will often travel ahead of the patient a couple of days to sort things out here. They are advised to approach their embassy or health office
  • Halal food – most already are aware of where to find Halal restaurants and food. We advise them to look out for the Halal sign on restaurants and food packaging.
